How do I place an order?

It’s easy. Just click the item you want to buy. Add it to the cart. Fill your address & contact details. Then checkout using any payment method that you like. 

Our manufacturing partner in Coimbatore will ship it to you directly! 

How do I know if it's successful?

You’ll receive an auto-generated email confirmation from us stating that the order has been placed.

Additionally, check the status by visiting “Your Account > Dashboard >Order.”

We’ll also send you follow-ups in case of any updates or issues. 

By when can I expect to receive it?

You should receive your package in 7-15 working days (domestically shipped anywhere in India). We keep this timeline to account for delays in printing & shipment, but if all goes well, it may be in earlier than that as well. 

If there are delays because of COVID restrictions, weather, or logistical issues from our manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, we’ll let you know. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please initiate a chat with our Customer Service Team immediately. We’ll try our best to cancel it for you & process the refund.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours. This is because we print your merch on demand i.e. each piece is made individually, so once your orders go into printing, we have to pay for the expenses. 

Is it possible to add more items?

Once you’ve checked out & paid for your order, it’s not possible to add new items in the same bill.

But if you’d like to order more products, you can always place a new order & checkout again seperately. Your address should be saved so you won’t have to type it up the second time!


Which payment methods do you accept?

We’ve tied up with RazorPay, the go-to secure payment platform that all major brands & retailers use. RazorPay accepts all payment methods such as VISA & Mastercard debit/credit cards, Netbanking, UPI, PhonePe, PayTM, Google Pay, etc.

Note that our account with RazorPay was initially created under the co-founder’s credentials (Manik Rege) but rest assured, its our official business account, so you can continue your checkout & payment as usual.

Do you accept COD?

Not currently but we’re working on enabling the feature very soon! The reason for this is that your online payment helps us to secure the merchandize & get it printed specially on demand.

Since we’re a small team, we prefer to keep the logistics streamlined. But we’re figuring out a more holistic solution for you. So please bear with us until we crack it. Thanks!

What if my payment failed but account was debited?

Not to worry, Razorpay’s secure system will automatically refund your exact amount to the original payment mode/bank account in 5-7 business days. 

Please contact your bank to check the status.

If you haven’t received your refund after waiting for a week, kindly contact us with the screenshots of the debit + your account deails, so we can look into the issue immediately. 


Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer free shipping without any minimum order restrictions.


Where can I see your apparel's sizes?

To ensure you’re buying the correct size of the tshirt, hoodie, or other apparel/fashion products, please carefully see the Size Charts for Men & Women, present in this Drive folder here. 

Do you do gift-wrapping?

Yes, our manufacturing partner offers an affordable giftwrapping service (50 ₹) in case you’re sending the order to someone special (wink wink). Just tick the option when you add the product to the cart.

Why do some of my tshirt orders smell?
That odor you may smell on your new t-shirt is a by-product of the DTG (Direct to Garment) printing method used to print the design.
But, don’t worry! The odor from printing is just a temporary addition. Now that your t-shirt is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few washes.
Fixation agent or known as pre-treatment is used for all DTG prints. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
